An introduction to statistical methods with examples and problems aimed toward the sciences. Topics include data summary and visualization, sampling and experimental design, elementary probability, and statistical inference, simple linear regression, and chi-square tests. Students cannot take STAT 100, BUSI 205 , or PSYC 201 after successfully finishing this course. (One course).
