This course presents various approaches to plan and implement effective science instruction in grade K-8. An inquiry-based program is employed as a means of providing appropriate science learning experiences in the classroom. Basic content information from the biological, physical, earth and environmental sciences will be provided. Prerequisite: Admittance to the Teacher Education Program. (.5 course).
