This course is designed for students interested in exercising at a higher intensity. This course will include aerobic work at moderate intensities while also incorporating multiple modalities of resistance training, such as bodyweight movements and traditional weighted exercises that will be done in Trotter Fitness Center. Open to all levels of fitness. This course is repeatable for credit. *Note no more than 2.5 participation course credits can count toward graduation requirements and not more than 1.5 participation course credits can count towards the major course requirements for Physical Education or Exercise Science.
